Eleuthera is 110 miles long with settlements or towns that are spread apart. Getting a rental car is essential to experiencing all there is to see and do. It is wise to secure a rental car well before your trip, as cars can be hard to find during high season (December-June.) Do your research and contact the owners via website/telephone.

Rentals generally cost $70-80/day. If you're on a budget, rent a car for 2 days then spend the rest of the time on the beach! Or better yet, hire a guide to show you all the sights, bar hopping, hidden spots and local flavor. Our favorite guide is Matty, 242-810-4885. Matty has an 8-seater van and will show you a good time!
