This property is part of Eleuthera Escape, a popular 4-acre estate on Gaulding Cay Beach, featuring a main beach house (called the "Down Under"), and three other vacation rentals: Bella Nova (one bedroom, one bath), Kiwi House (three bedroom, three bath) and Tui House (three bedroom, three bath). Perfect for large groups and events!
The Space
Reliable Power/Water: Solar-powered and fresh water cistern supply, keeping you immune from power and water outages.
Two Bedrooms: Enjoy restful nights with comfortable king-sized beds.
Two Twin Beds: The living room's sofa area is configured with two twin mattresses, perfect for extra guests.
Separate Bathroom: Relax in the large bathroom with walk-in shower and soft towels. Beach towels provided as well.
Full Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials to cook your favorite dishes. Dine indoors around the kitchen island or dine al fresco on the screened-in patio.
High Ceilings & Open Concept Layout: The airy, open design of the space brings a sense of freedom and relaxation, making it the perfect spot to unwind.
Screened Patio: Step outside to your screened-in patio, where you can dine, lounge in comfy seating, and feel the refreshing island breezes while enjoying the garden view.
BBQ Area/Washing Machine: A common area with double BBQ units with seating is available for grilling delicious meals. The space also includes a washing machine complete with eco-friendly clotheslines.
The interior space under A/C is 630 sf. The patio is 270 sf with a total living space of 900 sf.
A starter pack of paper towels, TP and soap is provided. Guests are expected to purchase necessities beyond the starter pack. Bottled water is recommended. Guests can purchase a 5 gallon jug from local grocery stores.

If you're flying into the North Airport (ELH):
Take Queen's Highway south towards Gregory Town. You will pass over the Glass Window Bridge and see a "Welcome to Gregory Town" sign. Start looking for Daddy Joe's on the left (fantastic bar/restaurant!). Entrance to Gaulding Cay Beach is directly across. Take a right onto the road. Please drive slow. The road is more like a sandy one-lane path but it is 2-way traffic. Take a left at the fork. You will see the Eleuthera Escape sign (beach is just a few more yards down the sandy road). Drive through entrance and stay right. Bella Nova is the purple home.
If you're flying into the Governor's Harbor (GHB):
Take Queen's Highway north towards Gregory Town. Look for Daddy Joe's on the right (fantastic restaurant!) Entrance to Gaulding Cay Beach is directly across from Daddy Joe's. Take a left onto the road. Please drive slow. The road is more like a sandy one-lane path but it is 2-way traffic. Take a left at the fork. You will see the Eleuthera Escape sign (beach is just a few more yards down the sandy road). Drive through the entrance and stay right. Bella Nova is the purple home.
